What is your delivery timeline?

For most local orders, delivery is completed within 1–3 business days. Bulk or export orders may take 5–10 business days depending on documentation and location. Express and scheduled delivery options are also available.

Can I visit your farm or processing site before making large orders?

Yes! We welcome farm visits and product inspections. You can schedule a visit with our team to inspect the quality and processes before committing to large or recurring orders.

Do you support export buyers?

Absolutely. We provide export documentation (e.g. Certificate of Origin, Phytosanitary Certificate, Packing List, etc.) and assist with logistics for international buyers looking for cocoa, soya, dried cassava, and other commodities.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfers, POS payments, and in some cases, cash on delivery for local transactions. For large or export orders, structured payment plans can be discussed.
